356 outdoor chair by Ditre Italia: a shell-like enveloping backrest, fabric upholstery and slim lacquered steel legs for the outdoor dining area.
The 356 outdoor chair by Ditre Italia has a frame reminiscent of an enveloping shell, in a dynamic play of solids and voids. Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri named it in homage to the seats of vintage sports cars.
The backrest is in moulded curved E1-class okoume plywood, the seat in multilayer plywood, and the legs in zinc-plated lacquered steel treated for outdoor use. The seat rests on criss-crossed pre-tensioned elastic belts and the fabric upholstery has a water-repellent pre-lining. The chair pairs well with the Pillar table in an outdoor dining area.
