The RICHARD double bed by Cattelan Italia is a storage bed with no visible feet and a thick, low-to-the-floor surround. Its edges curve outwards, widening the supporting base, so the mattress seems to rest on a raised platform, like a sculpture.
The sides of the padded headboard are folded back in two gentle curls that protrude slightly beyond the frame, giving an immediate sense of softness and comfort. The cover is in fabric, micro nubuck or leather, and an optional pull-up base with storage box is available.
RICHARD is available for mattresses from 153x200 to 200x200 cm and 193x203 cm, pure design poetry for a modern bedroom.
