The KUBIC modular sofa by Desiree, designed by Roberto Gobbo, was born in 2002 from proportions based on multiples and submultiples of three. Today, new module sizes and armrests create geometric harmonies for spaces of any size.
The seats rest on steel springs, with cushions in feathers or polyurethane and Dacron, and back cushions in Flyn-piuma. On request, fabric cushions get a matching taped edging. The cover is fully removable, in leather or fabric.
KUBIC is also a sofa bed: the bed version has an electro-welded base and a 12 cm polyurethane mattress with a removable cover. Its shape and modularity are coordinated with the LUDWIG sofa.
