TÈ Compact Armchair with Wide Backrest | Desiree
TÈ armchair by Desiree: a compact shape with a wide-angled backrest like outstretched hands, on a fixed or swivel matt black metal base.
The TÈ armchair by Desiree was designed by Setsu & Shinobu Ito (2025). Tè means hands in Japanese, and the armchair is made to welcome guests generously. Although compact, its wide-angled backrest recalls outstretched hands ready to embrace, letting people sit in any direction they wish.
The structure is in metal, wood and compact high-density polyurethane, padded with polyurethane of various densities and Mind. The base is fixed or swivel, in matt black lacquered metal. The fabric cover is completely removable, the leather one is not; both are finished with piping.
Sizes: 90 x 82 cm, height 76 cm (seat height 41 cm).
